BMF Limited operates other UK specialist shops. Washlets Direct is solely the WASHLET and shower-toilet business — orders and support for this site stay with this team.
Washlets Direct is the supply-only shower-toilet shop of BMF Limited. We sell genuine UK-spec TOTO, Geberit and Villeroy & Boch ranges supplied through official UK distributors — not grey imports.
Why we exist
Shower toilets are no longer a niche curiosity. They are a practical upgrade to everyday hygiene — but only when the right model is matched to the right ceramic, frame and flush plate, and only when the advice is honest about what is (and is not) available for the UK market.
Washlets Direct was built to make that process straightforward. We focus on the brands that matter in professional bathrooms, publish the compatibility detail that generic retailers skip, and support both homeowners and the architects, interior designers and installers who specify the work.
Genuine brands
Approved UK retailer of TOTO, Geberit and Villeroy & Boch — UK-relevant ranges, not grey imports with missing warranties.
Technical depth
Frames, pans, push plates, motors and connecting sets are treated as a system, not an afterthought.
UK-first advice
Clear guidance on which models are sold here, including notes such as NEOREST WX2 / ACTILIGHT not being UK-available.
Who we help
Homeowners who want a quieter, cleaner bathroom routine without guesswork.
Installers who need compatible frames, electrics and water feeds sorted before they open the wall.
Architects and specifiers who need drawings-friendly product data, finishes and performance claims they can stand behind.
