What is a WASHLET / shower toilet?
A shower toilet (TOTO call theirs WASHLET) combines a toilet with a warm-water cleansing spray. Many models also offer heated seats, air drying, odour control and automatic lids. It is a hygiene upgrade, not a medical device.
Which brands do you supply?
We specialise in genuine TOTO (WASHLET and NEOREST), Geberit AquaClean and Villeroy & Boch shower toilets, plus the matching ceramics, frames, flush plates and accessories needed for a complete set.
Are all TOTO NEOREST models available in the UK?
No. Some global models are not sold for the UK market. For example, NEOREST WX2 with ACTILIGHT is not offered here. We only list UK-relevant products and note availability clearly on the product pages.
Do I need a special toilet pan for a WASHLET?
Often yes. Many shower toilets are designed for specific pans or wall-hung systems. Use the product page compatibility notes, or contact us with your existing ceramic if you are retrofitting. Buying seat, pan, frame and plate as a matched set avoids most issues.
What is the difference between ranges like RW, SW, RX, SX and NEOREST?
TOTO groups WASHLETs by design and feature level. Broadly:
- NEOREST — flagship, often fully integrated looks and advanced features
- RW / SW — strong feature sets with different form factors (e.g. rounder vs more elongated cues depending on model)
- RX / SX / RG — further design and feature combinations aimed at different bathroom styles
Compare models on the product pages; range panels summarise the technologies that apply to each family.
Installation & technical
Do you install?
No — we are supply only. Installation must be carried out by a competent person following the manufacturer instructions and Building Regulations. We can help with product selection and compatibility; we do not project-manage or fit on site.
What electrics and water connections are required?
Most shower toilets need a standard cold-water feed and a suitable electrical supply (often a switched fused spur near the toilet). Exact requirements vary by model — check the product page and installation manual. Plan cable and pipe routes before the first fix.
Can I fit a WASHLET to my existing toilet?
Sometimes, if the seat is designed as a retrofit for a standard pan shape. Many premium models are intended for specific ceramics or wall-hung frames. Send photos and dimensions of your current toilet if you are unsure, or choose a complete compatible set.
Do wall-hung frames and flush plates come with the seat?
No. A TOTO “complete set” on this site is the WASHLET plus its matching pan. The connecting set, frame and flush plate are extra lines. A TOTO frame is not mandatory unless you want TOTO auto-flush (that kit is built around the TOTO frame and plate). Other UK frames will often carry the pan — check the extras on the product page.
Orders, delivery & returns
How long does delivery take?
The product page shows the status and an available-from date. Abacus-fed TOTO in stock is typically next working day before 1pm; Arnold-fed lines about 3–5 working days; frames about 7–10 working days. “Available to order” still has a date next to it — that is not the same as sitting in the warehouse today. Full rules: Delivery information.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes across the UK. Carriage is free above the £500 threshold shown at checkout. Highlands, Northern Ireland and islands can take longer and may need a specialist carrier — we will contact you before despatch if your postcode needs a different service. Email the postcode first if you are unsure.
What is your returns policy?
Consumers can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. There is no restocking fee inside that window. After 14 days we may agree a goodwill return with a 35% restocking fee. Installed sanitaryware is not a change-of-mind return. Faults follow the Consumer Rights Act. Full detail: Returns & refunds.
Can I get project pricing for multiple bathrooms?
Yes. Architects, contractors and project buyers can submit plans or schedules for project pricing rates. Use the form on our Architects & Specifiers page — we are supply only, with technical product help as needed.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Not inside the 14-day consumer cooling-off period. A 35% restocking fee applies only if we agree to take unused goods back after that window. Faulty goods never attract a restocking fee.
What should I do when the pallet arrives?
Inspect the carton before you sign. Photograph crushing or tears, note “damaged” on the driver’s device, and keep the packaging. Email photos as soon as you can. That 24-hour request helps the carrier claim and does not reduce your legal rights if a fault appears later.
I am buying for my business. Do the same returns rules apply?
No. Trade buyers do not have the statutory 14-day cooling-off right. Returns are by agreement. See Terms and apply for a trade account if you buy repeatedly.
How do warranties work?
Manufacturer guarantee cards sit on top of your Consumer Rights Act rights. We help you claim — we do not send you away from the retailer. Details: Warranty & guarantees.
Using the website
How do I check if a seat works with a specific pan or frame?
Start on the product page: features, range information and linked extras (pans, frames, plates) are listed there. For trickier combinations, use the on-page technical helper or contact us with the model numbers you already have.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Consumer prices include VAT. The Inc/Ex toggle is a display tool (useful for trade). Eligible disabled customers can request zero-rating on qualifying shower toilets with a written declaration — see VAT relief. Do not send medical records.
Still stuck? Contact us with the model names or SKUs you are comparing — or open the technical helper on the relevant product page so we can see the context.
